I asked my famous lawyer father in law how ridiculous this arrangement was. How a biological father is treated like a common criminal, not able to see his own son anytime he wants because of the petty “feelings” of some “mother?” If that is how the family court system thinks about paternal rights then FORGET IT!

I mean it. If a mother refuses a husband to see his own biological child… forget it! Men can make more children elsewhere with some more children with another mother who will appreciate what the man has to offer. So what if the father loves the child? The mother has all the rights to refuse the father’s presence? Forget it! You think you love that 1 child? Nobody is irreplaceable. Replace that 1 child with 10 children.

So what if the child’s name is changed removing your paternal surname? Big fat deal. They can never remove your genetic code from the child… ever. In the eyes of nature, everything is biological, no such thing as legal.

What I have learned over the years is that men must move on to where they are appreciated. If the woman wants nothing to do with you, move on. Nothing to miss here. Move on.
