Sobbing anti-life mothers and pregnant young daughters
The current culture is steeped in anti-life dogma. Not only are children mis-educated, but parents as well. Take the common case of a pregnant unmarried 19 year old. She is scared to be beaten to death by her own mother.
The young lady ran away from home and hid herself several kilometers away from her parents. It is good she stumbled upon the pro-life office. The councellor taught her things she should know by now. She texted her parents where she was. Councellor handled their meeting.
As usual, middle aged mother and grandmother to be was sobbing like crazy. She had to say the things she had to say. Things like your elder sisters or your other siblings are like this and that. Her sobbing thing is about her broken “education”. As if their hopes and dreams are now shattered with the conception of their very first grandchild.
So from which script on TV or the movies did mother get the idea that she should be behaving this way? It’s your first grandchild… for heaven’s sake. Your daughter is now well on her way to motherhood herself. 18 is the start of the legal age to get married. 19 is a good age to get pregnant. She will have an easy pregnancy and a more likely easy delivery and recovery.
And what of her “career”? Why? Is being a worker drone in an office the only worthy “career” today? Is the thought of being a full time housewife such a dreaded thought? Gotcha! If you are so gungho with giving your daughter a career, then find childcare for your grandchild to free your daughter from motherhood duties.
Well I have new marching orders for my boys. Not one of you is marrying a “career woman”. They can marry their careers for all I care. They may make good corporate slaves, but they are absolutely useless in the home, are mediocre mothers, and will selfishly hardly give you any children.
So how about it grandma? Stop your sobbing. I’m pretty sure when your first grandchild is born, you will be filled with joy and sprinkle him with non-stop love and caring. Really now. Ridiculous tears of shattered dogma when we should all be celebrating the beginnings of new life, the new generation has arrived!
