Government contracted marriage must not rule the lives of my descendants. What fool signs a blank check? What kind of fools are people to sign contracts where the terms and conditions can be changed at any time by your current legislators and courts? I would never sign a business contract that changes arbitrarily through time. Government marriage contracts change as the years go by… retroactively!!!
I dare say that the destruction of many families today is a result of government laws whose every intent is to destabilize and destroy families, family courts lawyer industry with vultures preying on assets, children torn apart, unreasonable VAWA laws persecuting men from every angle, destroying the ideals of marriage, resulting in very large divorce rates, making the whole concept of marriage pointless.
In every country today, it gets easier and easier to get a divorce, a separation, an annulment.
If marriage is not meant to be “forever” or “till death do us part” anymore, then I don’t want it for my children. Marriage has become a mere boyfriend-girlfriend relationship, post-christian garbage.
I would rather explore Opus Dei, Islam and Mormonism for my children. Seems like they run their marriages and their families with a much higher percentage of success than others.
May I remind everyone that contraception has absolutely no place in the sex lives of my children. They deserve only the best, only real, life giving sex.
