Court imposed child support on men is anti-family
In the first world and now here in our 3rd world country, courts are beginning to impose child support payments on alleged or DNA test proven fathers for their bastards. This is wrong, this is ridiculous and this is anti-family.
A basic purpose of marriage is assured child support with the presence of a father and extended families on both sides in their best capacity, whatever that capacity may be. Promiscuous women must know the risk of the lack of support from children born out of wedlock. That is the reason for the bastard stigma. But with assured state backed child support orders, bastard-dom and promiscuity are now on equal footing with a married woman.
Chasteness, virginity, a husband, no longer gives a woman an advantage. There is no incentive to get married.
And what of the side of the wife? When a husband bears a bastard while married? Take the case of champion boxer Manny Pacquiao. While still poor, he had a child with a girlfriend who worked in the billiard hall where he spent some leisure time. Manny gladly supports his child with P 3,000 per month, maybe money he can spare. Now that Manny Pacquiao is a multi-millionaire because of his boxing winnings, the same girlfriend files a law suit under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). The suit claims that she is in danger of violence from Manny (?). For this she wants Manny to stay away from her and their bastard child. At the same time she wants Manny for hand over millions in child support payment!
This is ridiculous. Let me remind you that this “girlfriend” took the risk of siring a bastard of a married man. Her lust for more money led her to use the anti-family, feminist monster VAWA to adversarily use against Manny. What man in his right frame of mind would give financial support to a child he is DENIED from seeing, touching, teaching, interacting? And this is the law? Well it is a stupid law. A feminist inspired anti-family law!
What of Manny Pacquiao’s wife and legal children? They should count even more! Manny’s millions belong jointly to his wife as well. And the VAWA law gives credance to let the vampire of a girlfriend and her bastard child steal money from a legally and spritually founded family? Look, Manny and his wife were already charitable enough to offer more money to this girlfriend yet, she greedily wants more! She has absolutely no right! If Manny and his wife wants to give her bread crumbs, then she has to live with that.
Vampire girlfriend and her bastard child has no right demanding money from a family.
In my opinion, the state that has no business meddling in people’s private affairs. So if humans choose not to get married and have zero children, have dozens of children, spend their whole lives f*cking prostitutes, have orgies, gangbangs, fubus and homosexual relations… it is none of the state’s business.
As far as non-married women are concerned, their bastards are borne out of SPERM DONATIONs.
Is the state going to trace ALL sperm donors for child support?
